About Haitian staff
We have the most loving, caring, and committed staff in the world. Joined from different countries with distinctive work backgrounds and varied life experiences, yet, they are uniformly godly people with godly hearts pursuing godly vision. We all share a common faith in Jesus Christ and the passion for alleviating people (especially children) from poverty in Jesus’ name.
We carefully choose who works with us. Many of our staff members are carefully selected to ensure the whole child development program is executed flawlessly. All of our staff members are kind parents who know what it takes to be in an unsafe condition.

Sandra Tapia
Founder, CEO.
Sandra Tapia leads the Illuminating Lives Foundation as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. She’s a kind heart with a genuine love for God and humanity. She is absorbed with a heartfelt love full of compassion for the hungry, naked, abused, dying, and the homeless. She’s passionately committed to feeding the hungry, alleviating the poor children from poverty, empowering the youths to build a better future, and training them in the way of the Lord to ensure a fulfilled destiny in Christ Jesus.
Daniel Joffre
Titular Pastor of the Church
Daniel Joffre is a man of God, full of God’s spirit and power. He’s one of the very pastors that are dedicated to the service without wanting anything else. He put God first in all his endeavours. With great dedication, he has served God, the church, and the community to the best of his ability. With good image and exemplary lifestyle, he serves as a good representative of the foundation in Haiti. He’s a pastor and a caring father mostly admired for his sound teachings and love for the gospel.
Iramene Beauplan
School Director
Iramene Beauplan has served the school excellently with her vast experience as a prolific director and charismatic administrative skills. For many years, she has helped the school to reach productive decisions and make sure that the school obligations are fulfilled while promoting the success of the school. As a woman of faith, she commits all her efforts to ensure that the students are not just taught but trained in the way of the Lord. By the grace of God, she leads the overall affairs of the school with exceptional leadership skills and foresight. She grew up in a loving family and never hesitated to exhibit her love for children every time. She loves God and everything called human. She has been super supportive of the good works of the foundation ever since she became the director of the school.
Julia Josephine Fleurier
Secretary
Julia is a very warm and friendly personality; well organized and orderly minded. As a seasoned secretary, she deals promptly with correspondence; typing and collating the reports of the foundation and has been excellent in maintaining diaries, taking messages and arranging appointments. She helps manage the database of the foundation efficiently. She had worked with several notable organizations countrywide before she decided to use her excellent skills to serve God’s purpose in the foundation. She’s God personified, a caring mother, and a very sound secretary
Natacha Mesiris
Children Caretaker in the Orphanage
Natacha’s love for children is unconditional. She’s a unique mother that cares for other children as her own. It’s a great deal to nurse children of different backgrounds and nature, but for Natacha, it’s nothing but natural talent. She’s a godly woman with a strong passion for the poor and homeless. She works for passion and nothing more. She has helped put a smile on the face of many orphans through her heartfelt love and compassion. We have known no better caretaker than Natacha.
Tibeaud Jean Noel
Vice President, Church Committee.
Tibeaud Noel is a leader per excellence. He has done great works in the church and society at large. He has led the church committee through the ups and downs in the journey of faith. He’s mostly respected for his warm, friendly, and charismatic personality. He grew as a Christian and knows what leading the church means in the real sense. He works with the church committee as a member rather than a leader.
Erose Noel
Teacher of Fundamental
Erose Noel is a very active and kind-hearted teacher with godly virtues. He takes the Fondamental class with excellent analytical skills and understanding. Having worked with several notable schools for the past many years in the country, he has vast teaching experience and charisma to impact little children’s knowledge in a way that will be clear and understandable.

Figenie Beauplan is an active God-loving teacher combining excellence and experience with godliness. As a mother, she knows the best way to communicate ideas to children in a crystal clear way strategically. She’s fun, enjoyable, and understands children to the fullest.

Jeanne Morne is a God-fearing prolific teacher with excellent teaching experience. she serves the school with great diligence and discipline. her friendly relationship with the children has helped her greatly to impart knowledge and help the children to learn faster. she is experienced and dynamic with an amazing love for children. Jeanne Morne is an excellent teacher; always making efforts to ensure the children gets adequate knowledge that will make them stand out amongst others.
